Unlimited Semi-Private Personal Training and Class Schedule

What is semi private personal training? 

It is affordable personal training in a group setting. You train on your own and the workouts are personalized to each individual client in the group. We have a convenient app so you sign yourself in to the time slot that works best your you.


You could be by yourself or you could be in a group of up to 8 people. You will do strength and conditioning classes to learn all machine and free weight exercises. We break up the body parts per day so you get a greater transformation by fatiguing the muscle groups each day to. You will learn proper form and technique as long as a different exercise per day as we never do the same workout twice.

Bootcamp (Leg and core specific workout )    10:00am
(October 1st - May 1st, 9:00am May 1 - Oct 1 summer hours )
